Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their commercial or independent professional activity.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reasons. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Campingplatz Harfemühle, Dieter Robert Koch, Harfenmühle 2, 55758 Mörschied, Phone: 06786 1304, Email: mail@harfenmuehle.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

It is sufficient to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired in order to comply with the withdrawal period.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall return to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you incur any fees because of this repayment.

If you requested that the service should begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount, which is in line with the portion of the services already provided up to the point at which you inform us of your exercise of the right of withdrawal regarding this contract compared to the total scope of services provided for in the contract.
